EHUD SEGEV
Director and Actor
Daniel
"Happiness in New York City?" is Ehud Segev's first short film. Segev arrived to the US from Israel where he was known as an actor and entertainer. In a short period of time, since he arrived, he was acting on different stages in New York City (Chashama Theatre "Sleeping in Tomorrow", Trilogy Theatre "Hamlet", Theatre for The New City "Kaddish in East Jerusalem", Wings Theatre "Manhattan Towers", Vital Theatre "Out of Focus" and others).
Segev appeared on a few specials for the History Channel NBC, BBC, the WB channel, NY1, Montel Williams and others. He was featured on the hit TV series "Phenomenon" on primetime NBC in 2007. Ehud performed in Phenomenon after NBC bought the concept of the Israeli show "The Successor" that broke all rating records in Israel. Ehud appeared in the Israeli version and after auditioning to the american version - he was cast as one of the Phenomenons.
Segev has an artistic, different point of view about the world. His philosophy in his creations is always to give an "Added Value" to everything, especially the small details. Segev performed as a lead role in a few Israeli films - and now he will portray the character of Daniel in his short film.
The concept for the script popped up when Segev and Boaz Tcherikover were sitting in a small coffee shop downtown Manhattan; talking about life. Then Segev had the idea of making a short film about a guy that makes everyone else happy, but can't find his own happiness. The two really liked the idea and Segev started writing the script. It was a matter of 72 hours before the first draft of the script was ready, and the concept was pushed into pre-production phase.

He truly believes that music has more power to move people than a politician. He came to the US because he believes that this is the central influence on the world and a great place to begin making changes.
Moziko produces his own music with a home studio that he built, and he helps other young artists / bands with their music. He is inspired musically by: Michael Jackson, Prince, U2, Billy Joel, queen, Middle Eastern Music and Heavy Rock.
Moziko's music is inspired by rock and pop with a Middle Eastern influence. It is neither Israeli or Arabic music nor it does have a straight message, such as, peace, war, or any other type of opinion.
His performance on stage is really dynamic and it accentuates the music through his own unique style of dance and emotion.
